In all of the 18 cases of ecstasy overdose recorded by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health for the New Year's Eve of 2010, experts used a list of signs and symptoms that indicate such condition in the patients affected. There are actually 5 common signs and symptoms established with the use of this drug. Some of these may manifest altogether in one person. On the other hand, some may occur as a stand-alone symptom in the victim.
